Texas Real Estate

Time to list
Time changes Sunday March 8, 2015 and the 1st day of spring is March 20, 2015. If selling a home is on your mind, now is the time to get the property "show ready" and on the market. Research shows that homes sold using a Realtor sell for 30% more than homes for sale by owner. Tight inventory of good, clean, move-in properties insures a quick sale. Don't forget....you only have 1 chance to make a good 1st impression, make sure it counts!
